Let's keep going on this sidewalk, shall we? Remember 9 80-lb bags of quickrete will fill in 2 sections of this sidewalk.
Started by extending to the shed side |
2 more sections and getting the drain filled in |
Filled in the entire last 2 sections, drain line, and edging all the way to the shed |
You can see the corner of my furniture deck |
Covered the drain with some stone |
Finished burying the drain line |
Finished covering the drain, and the green drain cover up there |
added 2 more sections towards the driveway |
Got the rest of the stone walkway taken up |
Kelley is working in the wooded area |
2 more sections poured, getting closer to the driveway |
Starting to grade and plant the new bed |
Notice the stone over the drain cover - that's how it was supposed to look |
So the sidewalk is really progressing nicely. I love this pattern with the brick pavers creating the control joints. It looks great and creates the borders I wanted. It is defining a large bed for planting & landscaping too, that's going to turn out great but it is going to take some serious work to grade and plan that effectively.
