Another trip up to Boone

 We've been looking at land again, this time around Boone NC where I went to college. Had a few lots to check out, and we got in some fun too. This time, Kelley and the kids came up with me. It was a fun day trip!

This trip was more productive. We did actually make an offer on that first lot with the creek, could make a really cool spot for a tiny house but it would have to be tiny. Our offer was not accepted or countered so we chose to move on. If the lot is still available the next time we're trying to buy land - and I think it will be - we may make another offer. It's 1 acre close to downtown but there is a very small buildable site. Not possible to put more than a 500 square foot house there. Very appealing for someone who wants to build tiny houses, not useful for any other purpose. 

We'll keep looking!
