Finishing the Porch Electrical work

I ended up calling an electrician to patch in the exterior circuit that I ran into a live circuit. There was an outlet in a downstairs bedroom on an exterior wall, easy enough for him to punch through the wall and extend it to the first outlet I added. Getting the electrical and the drainage finished off was the last step before pouring concrete.

The last outlet - this one is always on

Right side wall outlet - switched

Low voltage escape hatch - lighting for the new raised bed

Low voltage and a switched outlet on the left wall

Switch leg goes from the switched outlet to the switch box

Conduit is buried around this drain line

Adding this electrical work to the front porch has a huge impact on the overall landscape design. All credit goes to the wife for having the idea. I'm glad to have more exterior power sources, and when she's ready to plug in the Christmas lights this is going to make everything easier. Adding the landscape lights is really the icing on the cake.

but now it's time to start pouring concrete
